מחיקת נתוני משתמש – Upperfloor
Upperfloor מחויבת לפרטיות המשתמשים שלה. דף זה מסביר כיצד ניתן לבקש מחיקה של נתונים אישיים שנאספו באמצעות אפליקציית Upperfloor המחוברת לפלטפורמות Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram).
1. אילו נתונים נשמרים
במסגרת השימוש בשירותינו, אנו עשויים לאסוף ולשמור:
- פרטי זיהוי בסיסיים (שם, מספר טלפון, מזהה חשבון)
- תוכן הודעות שנשלחו ונתקבלו דרך WhatsApp ו-Instagram
- מידע טכני (מזהי חשבון Meta, לוגי פעילות)
- מידע שסופק במסגרת השימוש בסוכן ה-AI
2. כיצד לבקש מחיקת נתונים
אפשרות א׳ - פנייה ישירה:
שלחו בקשת מחיקה לכתובת: privacy@upperfloor.ai
נושא ההודעה: בקשת מחיקת נתונים
פרטו את שם העסק ומספר הטלפון המשויך.
אפשרות ב׳ - דרך הגדרות Facebook:
- היכנסו לחשבון ה-Facebook שלכם
- לכו ל-Settings & Privacy ← Settings
- לכו ל-Apps and Websites
- מצאו את "Upperfloor" ולחצו Remove
- סמנו "Delete all activity" לפני האישור
3. מה קורה לאחר הבקשה
- נאשר את קבלת הבקשה תוך 3 ימי עסקים
- הנתונים יימחקו ממערכותינו תוך 30 ימי עסקים
- גיבויים שמכילים את הנתונים יימחקו תוך 90 יום נוספים
- אישור סופי על השלמת המחיקה יישלח בדוא"ל
4. מידע שלא ניתן למחוק
מידע שנדרש לשמירה על פי חוק (כגון מסמכי חשבונות ודיווחים לרשויות) יישמר בהתאם לתקופות הנדרשות בחוק, גם לאחר בקשת מחיקה.

Upperfloor is committed to protecting user privacy. This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data collected through the Upperfloor application connected to Meta platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram).
1. What data is stored
As part of using our services, we may collect and store:
- Basic identification details (name, phone number, account ID)
- Message content sent and received through WhatsApp and Instagram
- Technical information (Meta account identifiers, activity logs)
- Information provided during AI agent interactions
2. How to request data deletion
Option A - Direct request:
Send a deletion request to: privacy@upperfloor.ai
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include your business name and associated phone number.
Option B - Via Facebook Settings:
- Log into your Facebook account
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Navigate to Apps and Websites
- Find "Upperfloor" and click Remove
- Check "Delete all activity" before confirming
3. What happens after your request
- We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days
- Your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 business days
- Backups containing your data will be purged within an additional 90 days
- Final confirmation of deletion will be sent via email
4. Data that cannot be deleted
Information required by law (such as financial records and regulatory reports) will be retained for the legally mandated period, even after a deletion request.
