Salesperson

What you'll do
  • Own the sales process end to end, from the first conversation to the close
  • Close deals with business owners
  • Learn the strategy of process mapping, customer journey and selling to businesses
What you need
  • Knowledge of business processes
  • B2B sales experience

Terms:Base + commission. Hybrid.

Customer & AI-Agent Success Manager

Owns the agents' evaluation program: verification and control that they truly succeed for the customer.

What you'll do
  • Manage customer accounts, from onboarding onward
  • Run the evaluation program: verification and control of the agents
  • Calibrate, spot faults and debug the agents
What you need
  • Real technical knowledge: systems, logic, prompts
  • Certificate, diploma or degree in computer science or software engineering, a significant advantage

Terms:Hybrid.

Field Deployment Engineer (FDE)

Goes out to the business, understands how it really works, and builds its system.

What you'll do
  • Maps the business processes, focused on the customer's journey and lifestyle
  • Translates them into a working agent and deploys in the field
  • Stays until it runs
What you need
  • 60% technical, 40% understanding of business processes
  • Understanding of processes, flow and automation
  • Required: a software degree (computer science or software engineering)
